David Bergstone and George Edwards, professional preservationists will discuss preservation tax credits and easements, and National Register Districts. Attendees will learn how to take advantage of incentives for historic preservation projects and how a preservation easement will protect a historic home in perpetuity. Tax Credit Program staff from the North Carolina State Historic Preservation Office, have been invited to join the presentation.

The workshop is being presented by Preservation Forsyth, with support from the Ardmore Neighborhood Association.
